[TGE-mail] help needed with house/housekeeping

Due to worsening Parkinson's, I've had to put my house on the  market and 
move to a retirement community. However, I remain in TGE; my new  home is Tower 
Grove Manor on South Grand at Magnolia, zip code 63118 as  before.

1. Though the Manor provides excellent meals and weekly  housekeeping, I'm 
finding it impossible to keep my lovely little  apartment neat. I'm constantly 
dropping things, and/or my two cats--both under  2 years old--keep srabbling 
around with my papers, books, etc. I need a helper  who can come in for about 20 
minutes each morning and simply tidy things up  for me. If anyone knows of 
someone who lives nearby and would be interested in  a bit of extra income, I'll 
be grateful to hear about them.
 
2. With the housing market as it is, I hope that if you know  anyone who is 
looking for a  charming city cottage in truly excellent  condition (all new
