[TGE-mail] Question for landlords

Dear Neighbors (especially those of you who own rental property),
 
I am seeking suggestions on where to advertise vacant apartments. I currently use the RFT, craigslist.org, and local advertising. I've been doing this for 4 years, and lately it's been difficult to find good renters. I admit I haven't used the RFT in some time, because the person I used to place ads with quit, and his replacement doubled the rate. 
 
If anyone has suggestions beyond the RFT, P-D, etc, I would welcome this feedback. Websites? Local apartment guides?
