Tanner B StationeryCongratulations to Scott Brown & Jamie Luckey from the
Tanner B's Kitchen.  They received 2nd Place in the 2007 Mardi Gras Crystal
Cajun Cook-Off.  They competed in the Professional Category and finished in
front of Chefs from American Place, Renaiisance Grand, Hammerstones, Baby
K's .....  The winning dish..

Trois Couleurs de Mardi Gras avec Canard Boudin

(Three Colors of Mardi Gras with Duck Boudin)



This dish is very versatile: it can be served as an entrée or an appetizer.
Try to bring a little of each ingredient into your mouth to enjoy the
spiciness of the duck sausage, red bean cake and aioli along with the
sweetness of the squash and beet & plum chutney.



Will be served at Tanner B's, Friday February 9th & Saturday February 10th.
