Ok, I will also admit to being taken for a scam.  Two
young girls came to the door selling cookies for their
school.  Yes I gave them money for cookies and they
said they would be back in December.  When I wrote
down my name on their order sheet I realized as I was
turning it back to them there were no phone numbers or
addresses on the other names.  You know how it is you
are in the middle of something else when the doorbell
rings and not thinking, and you hate to question kids
too much.  I could not remember if you are always
supposed to pay upon receipt not in advance but I
think that it is always upon receipt.  So there was
another scam.  

I think most of us feel so stupid when we get caught
we hate to admit it and thereby do not let others know
to be prepared if they are targeted too.
