[TGE-mail] SLU grad student looking for quiet apartment

Happy New Year fellow TGEers!

  A friend of mine contacted me about his daughter who is starting grad school at SLU.  She's looking for a one bedroom in our area.  I want to make sure she gets into a quiet, safe building with good neighbors.  Can anyone suggest just such an apartment?  I know there are a number of vacancies in the area but I'm trying to help her find one that she can be happy with for several years.  Being a grad student I don't think she'll be doing a lot of partying and would probably be a really good tenant.
