Wow! Thanks to all who responded so quickly with news
of Larry. I have heard from a number of people who
have seen him very recently in the neighborhood. I
guess he just fell off my radar in the past few weeks.
Maybe he has  recently changed his route and hours.
Anyway, I'm glad to hear that he's OK, and I'll keep
on saving aluminum cans for him.

There seems to be a wide range of opinions about Larry
--   and he can be annoying at times -- but I was
impressed with how many of you are aware of him, a
unique and somewhat eccentric figure in our midst.
