The South City YMCA (on Sublette?) used to have T-ball/baseball teams. It's 
been several years since our 13 yr old son played for the "Y" so I don't 
know any specifics but this would be my suggestion if you're looking for a 
neighborhood league, although all of the games weren't played in the city.
