My neighbors at 3023 Shenandoah found a very friendly dog this afternoon. She's an adult shepherd mix, black and tan, wearing a blue collar, with no tags. She ran right up to my neighbor when he drove up to the house and asked to go inside.

They brought her into their yard, but their two dogs aren't very happy about it, so they're anxious to find this dog's people. She does not seem to be a stray.
