It's time to break out of the cocoon, Spring is almost here, and we have
lots of fun things planned for March and April at Erato Wine Bar.  I won't

Pinot Wine Tasting

Come taste over twenty wines at our Pinot Wine Tasting at Erato Wine Bar. 

Wines featured at the tasting will include red wine Pinot varietals,
including Pinot Noir from the '03 and '04 Burgundy vintages, and new world
Pinot Noir from the vineyards of Oregon, California, Australia and
Argentina. 

With springtime just around the corner, this tasting will also include white
wine Pinot varietals including Pinot Gris/Grigio, and Pinot Blanc/Bianco.
These wines can range from light and floral, to wines that are
richly-textured and brimming with tropical fruit flavors. These wines are a
perfect match for spring salads, soups, and seafood dishes. 

The admission for this event is $25 and will include:

*	10% Discount on Featured Wines 
*	No Corkage Fee on Featured Wines
*	FREE concert immediately following the tasting

Beer Tasting

Join Chris Hoskins, of Missouri Beverage Distributing, and the official
Erato Wine Bar beer tasting crew for an evening of wheat and barley that is
sure to knock your hops off! 

Chris usually brings lots of beer to these tastings. But rather than
bringing large quantities of just one single brand of beer (like for
instance, case upon case of icey-cold "MGD lite"), he will instead offer a
sampling of over 20 different ales and lagers for you to enjoy from around
the world. 

This tasting will cover a diversity of beer styles and origins, including
Belgian Trappist Ales, German Wheats, European lagers and the latest
American microbrews. 

After all of these years, perhaps maybe we have finally have mastered the
art of drinking and enjoying great beer while remaining horizontal. We'll
drink to that!
