  The television show "This Old House" is compiling a list of the best  places in the country to buy an old house.  I think our  neighborhood (and the near south side in general) is an excellent  candidate.  The forwarded message is a brief overview from This  Old House, and information on what they need from us to consider our  neighborhood for their nationally publicized list.  If you have a  minute, take the time to send them a short pitch for our area.  If  they use TGE or any part of St. Louis for that matter, we will all  benefit.
