[TGE-mail] Tree Surgeon (?)

I have some 20+ year old White Pines in my backyard that have sustained
some damage over the past few years and are looking definitely thinner
than they have in the past.  Does anyone know a good (and hopefully not
too expensive) person who will evaluate whether it's time for a tree to
come down or what can be done to revive it if it isn't?
