[TGE-mail] Foreclosed Property

Does anyone on this list serv know the ins and outs of dealing with
foreclosed properties?  A few of my neighbors are interested in a foreclosed
property but have been unable to find the best approach to work with the
title holder (bank) to find out details on potential purchase process of
that foreclosed property.  Seems I have heard there are methods to
effectively and efficiently work with the title holder where the purchase
and sale benefit both parties.
