Hi all,

If you're looking
for free flu shots for both adults and children (over 6 months), I
highly recommend BJC's effort this year just over on Kingshighway. 
Sarah Ann and I went Tuesday with our friends from playgroup and had a
great experience.  Super-well-organized, we were in and out in 20
minutes, with stickers and lollies for the kiddo.s to boot!  Through
this Saturday I think.
