[TGE-mail] Tower Grove Park needs letters of support!

The playground at the corner of Magnolia and South
Grand, inside Tower Grove Park, was built some twenty
years ago and is in desperate need of being rebuilt to
suit the needs and safety standards of today.  Tower
Grove Park is applying for a grant to secure funds for
this renovation and we would like as many letters of
support as possible to send with this grant.   
 
Attached is information on the playground to assist
you in drafting your letter of support.  We believe, 
if it were handicap accessible more parents,
caretakers and grandparents with disabilities could
enjoy the opportunity of actively interacting with
their children in a clean, and safe environment as
they enjoy the park setting.
 
Please mail or bring your signed letter of support to
the park offices, behind the Palm House by Tuesday,
November 13th.   If you are dropping off your letter
after office hours, which are 9-5, Monday through
Friday, there is a mail slot at the west end of the
building where you can drop your letter.
 
If you know of anyone who participated in the original
Playground Planning please let them know of this grant
application as a letter from them would also help our
cause.
 
Again,  thank you so much for assisting us in getting
this grant to upgrade the East Playground. We do
believe this updated play area will enhance the Park
and make a difference in our community for those who
use Tower Grove Park.
