[TGE-mail] bad recommendation

Hi,
 
I used a tub reglazer that someone on the TGE list recommended  (I don't remember who).  We used Quality Tub & Tile.  My contractor said that it was the worst job he has ever seen.   There are pits, sharp edges and a pool of glazing product in the base of the tub.  
 
Please don't recommend them again.

 p.s. we have already called Ted, at Gateway, who is on the STL Rehabbers contractor list & he is going to fix our tub.  Unfortunately we will pay more to have the bad job stripped off.
