The suspect involved in the purse snatching on Castleman is described as
a black male about 5'10" tall and weighing around 175 pounds.  Of
interest is that he was wearing a red and yellow basketball jersey with
the number 23 on it.  The suspect snatched the victim's purse and was
last seen running south on Klemm from Castleman.  

 

Although not verified, these colors match the Cleveland Cavaliers colors
and it is likely that the jersey is a LeBron James jersey.  The shirt
may say "James" over the 23.  That is only my guess, but the 23 is for
sure.  Please call 911 if someone is seen matching this description.
