[TGE-mail] break ins & looking for referral

My duplex was hit in the same manner just 3 weeks ago. Basement door
(padlocked) kicked in. I was very lucky as the people must have been scared
off or something, because after a good perusal nothing of value was taken. I
have lots of misc. stuff in storage there (nothing really valuable) and none
of it was gone. Luckily, I have all my tools locked up in a small room.

Yesterday evening I slipped into the backyard to pick up some items and I
saw two young men walk through the back gate of the house next door and walk
up the sidewalk towards the house. When they saw me next door, they said
'good evening' and proceeded to walk through the front gate into the
gangway. I was taken off guard, but thinking back it was suspicious. 

These are good emails to give everyone a 'heads-up' in the area. It is scary
to think of how quickly and easily someone determined can gain access to our
properties.
