I believe it is the people that own Scottish Arms in the West End.  They live in the hood and they are planning another type of Irish or Scottish type of pub.

At first they were looking to lease a new restaurant tenant, but now I believe the building has been sold and I suspect the new owners are preparing the restaurant for their vision.  I hope we'll be able to see what that is before too long.

First the sign on the door read "Temporarily Closed" and now the name is off the windows and it looks as if the bar is being disassembled.
