Friends of Five Star Senior Center

Just a quick note to tell you about two events coming up at Five Star. 
First, unbelievably we are celebrating 5 years in our building and we
would like to invite you to join us on Friday September 7, starting the
day with a free breakfast.  We know that this is a workday so we will be
serving from 7:00 – 9:00 hoping you can stop by on your way to work just
to say hello and see what has been going on over these last 5 years.  We
will have games and entertainment during the morning and lunch at 11:30. 
Hope you can make it.  We would love to see you.

Second event is on Sunday, October 7.  We will have a Chicken Dinner
Fundraiser.  Plan on coming by between 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for Sunday
Dinner at Five Star Senior Center .  Price is Adults $7.00 includes ½
Fried Chicken, 2 Sides, Dessert & Drink.  Children Age 5-12, $4.00 for 2
Pieces Chicken, 2 Sides, Dessert & Drink.

Also, remember that Five Star Senior Center has published a cookbook
called Grandma’s Favorite Recipes filled with over 800 recipes from our
seniors, friends, and families.  They make great presents for birthdays,
and remember Christmas is coming very soon.  At $15.00, they are a real
bargain.

Therefore, we hope to see all of you at one of our events.  If not,
please remember you are all special Friends of Five Star Senior Center. 
In addition, the work that we do for our seniors would not be possible
without your love, help and support.
