[TGE-mail] Roosevelt Rough Riders play Sumner on Sept. 15

Friends and Neighbors -

It's time again to come out to show support for the Roosevelt Rough
Riders. Here's how:

1) Serve breakfast to the team at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15. Enter
the back door of the school, near the football field. Take the alley off
Compton that runs between the field and the school to find parking.

2) Jennifer George shares this message from the Roosevelt Community
Coalition ---- The Roosevelt Community Coalition would like to invite you
to attend a special Community Day football game on September 22 at 1:30
p.m. at Roosevelt High School .   Come and cheer on our Rough Riders to
victory as they take on Soldan High School .  Not only can you support
the students and athletes of Roosevelt , but you can also meet and greet
some new folks from the neighborhood. 

Tickets for the game are $2.00 if you buy them in advance at the high
school and $4.00 at the gate on the day of the game.  We’ll also be
collecting donations to refurbish the Rough Rider’s sign that stands on
the edge of the football field at the corner of Wyoming and Gravois. 
Help us put a brighter face on Roosevelt ’s field!

3) Mark the rest of the season in your calendar. See the chart below or
access the schedule through the link at the bottom. Come out and root for
the Rough Riders!
