[TGE-mail] gunshots midnight saturday

I see tons of for-sale signs in the neighborhood. I was wondering if it was
the crummy neighbors or the good neighbors leaving, but I am starting to
think it is the good people leaving. We were under the impression that TGE
is up-and-coming and transitioning into a better area, but violence and
crime have not gone down at all (possibly up when I consider the last police
report I saw from Officer Re) and I am worried that everyone is getting fed
up and packing their bags.

Is everyone giving up on TGE? Anyone else getting this feeling?
