[TGE-mail] Postal Worker Shooting

All,

Although the investigation will continue, we believe that we have the
suspect responsible for shooting the mail carrier on Monday afternoon in
custody.  The suspect is a 23 year old man who lived nearby.  The gun
and other evidence have been recovered.
