This seem excellent. I will try to make Carpenter. I am not as bright after a day of work, but I will certainly listen.

Neighbors-

This seminar on April 29 will feature speakers talking about many of the ways that history can be used to enhance the community and engage citizens. It'll be kind of a whirlwind tour. It's actually being held at our own Carpenter Branch library, and it's FREE. Speakers will include TGE's own Andrew Weil, as well as other regional experts in community-based historic preservation and history projects.

If you're interested but can't make it on the 29th, most of the same information will be presented on May 8 on the UMSL campus. Registration is not required for either event - but let me know by email if you think you might attend, so I can have at least a rough idea of how many folks will be there.

Thanks!
