[TGE-mail] coffee shop?

Hello!  I'm wondering if anyone knows if the plans to put a coffee-shop in
at Minnesota and Arsenal are still in the works or when they are expecting
it to open.  They were rehabbing last summer it but I haven't seen any
movement lately...and my craving for a moccha is going strong ;-)  I think
this would be a great asset to our neighborhood!  Just curious... :)
