[TGE-mail] Feb TGE Neighborhood Meeting Notice

         This month's meeting of the Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association will be at 7pm, Tuesday, February 26th. The meeting will be held at the Tower Grove Abbey (2348 Tennessee; right behind the Shenandoah School). Parking is available in the Shenandoah School lot.          The guest speaker for the meeting is Melanie Adams of the St. Louis Public Schools Special Administrative Board. She will be there to talk about the proposed closing of the Shenandoah school: how the school got on the list of possible closings and what the process is going forward.
          Shenandoah School has a long presence in the neighborhood, and due to its location and size, the final decision to keep open or to close will have a big impact on our neighborhood. I encourage everyone who is interested in our neighborhood and in the school to come out to this meeting and get the information necessary to make your own informed decision.
