[TGE-mail] Anti-crime meetings this evening 1-10-08

Dear Neighbors - There are two anti-crime meetings for TGE residents this evening, Jan. 10th, the second Thursday of the month.  

The first is our regular Weed & Seed meeting at 6:30 p.m., the second is the Third District Public Affairs meeting at 7:30 in the same location.  Both meetings are at the Five Star Senior Center, 2832 Arsenal St., just east of Gravois.  

Four neighborhoods meet for Weed & Seed, Benton Park West, Fox Park, Gravois Park and TGE.  Bring details about any crime issues or nuisance property behavior issues to this meeting.  

The speaker at the 3rd District Public Affairs meeting will be a representative from the Juvenile Court to talk about Neighborhood Accountability Boards.  The Post Dispatch had a story this morning about NABs (link below).  Establishing an NAB for TGE has been under discussion at recent TGENA board meetings, and is supported by Ald. Kacie Triplett.
