This was in the Post Dispatch:
Owner *Ally Nisbet *and chef *Brendan Noonan* of the *Scottish Arms *in the
Central West End have announced their intention to take over the
former *Pestalozzi
Place* space at 2900 Virginia Avenue in the Tower Grove East neighborhood.
Nisbet says that the restaurant will be "a high-quality neighborhood bistro
with a lovely artistic interior, serving seasonal American cuisine backed by
European tradition."
