To Lynne and the TGENA neighbors:

I want to take the time to response to the specific issue of arson in your neighborhood. Please know that the buildings involved in an earlier email were vacant for as long as four years. While the Fire Investigation Unit has called the fires suspicious, Chief Jenkerson believes the fires may have been set as "warming fires" by persons who are homeless. 

I am sure that he and I would be willing to meet with you to discuss the matter more fully.
