[TGE-mail] furnace

hi neighbors,

i think 2 new furnaces are in my future.  i have a two family with forced air.  does anybody have any good recommendations they care to share and also, off list, any definite no-nos.
i recall seeing lists that people put together and i am willing to do that.  i could list the top candidates and even let the list know how the process works out, estimates, installation, etc.
