The City of St. Louis is in the midst of a project to re-vamp the City of
St. Louis' government website http://stlouis.missouri.org.
To that end, we have been working on a method to classify and label all
the various content that appears on our website, so that navigating the
website will be more user-friendly.
We are at the point now of needing assistance from the public. Would you
be interested in participating in a focus group to try out the new
classifications? You would participate in a 60 minute table-top exercise,
to help us see if our new navigation terms really help you locate
information more easily.
We are scheduling focus group sessions at 1015 Locust (downtown - parking
provided), and I thought I'd see if you and some of your neighbors would
be interested in participating. We are currently looking at Thursday
mornings of the next 3 weeks. Depending on evaluators availability we may
also consider coming to a convenient neighborhood location.
Thanks for considering it.
Contact Jessica Cook cookj at stlouiscity.com or call 314 622-3400 x279 if
you have any questions or you are interested in participating.
Sincerely,
Sonya Pelli
