The guest speaker this month is former 3rd District Police Captain Dan
Rechtien.  Dan now works for the Circuit Attorney's office and will
discuss some of what he does to help combat fraud and identity theft.
He'll have lots of useful information on how to protect yourself before
you become a victim.
