[TGE-mail] Who can I call for sidewalk repair?

Does anyone have a clue who I can contact about repairing this gaping chasm near the front of my house in the 3100 block of Arsenal?  The nine square feet section of sidewalk collapsed over a year ago, leaving a hole large enough to swallow a toddler.  

While the departments of street and water have been out to look at it and erect barricades, the hole still languishes there untouched.  The barricades themselves have grown bored with their task, and continue to wander away, to be found loitering half a block away and more.  (I continue to guide them back to their post, but this is growing tedious, of course.)  

Further erosion continues to eat away beneath adjacent sections of sidewalk, threatening to widen the breach.  And, to top it all off, it's unsightly.  ;)
