This e-mail list, called TGE-mail, is meant to be a communication tool for the people who live, work, or are simply interested in Tower Grove East, a very strong south St. Louis city neighborhood rich in community spirit, architectural splendor, and historical heritage. The mission of the Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association (TGENA) is: To achieve an outstanding urban neighborhood characterized by a diverse population, unified in an atmosphere of trust, respect and friendship.
